In addition to my legal qualifications and experience, I hold a Master of Business Administration degree and have worked as an investment banker focussing on private equity investments and divestments. I try to bring a multidisciplinary approach to transactions.

I have been a senior lawyer in large firms, but I have mainly been a principal in specialised commercial law firms.

I have a commercial and entrepreneurial orientation which allows me to identify important subject matter in a transaction and achieve clients’ objectives. I believe that there is an art to a deal and a client is best served by an experienced, commercial lawyer who runs the transaction. This is how LKL operates. We have great support staff, but our principal lawyers are in the trenches alongside our clients.
